dry wall, dry wall, and more dry wall

The spray insulation on the second floor in the ceiling

We are hoping for the drywall and mudding to be completed this weekend so work can start on the outside of the house. First to start will be the stucco on the bottom and hardy board siding. Then it is on to all the finishing touches!

6 inspections called to happen this week!

So much progress is happening at the house. Our Grey water system is almost complete. We need to find a 1200 gallon cistern for our water to put at the side of the house, but that will come. The bathtub in the boys bathroom has been installed, the bottom pad for the master bathroom is in, temporary water goes on Monday, and all the rough electrical work should be finished today (3/25)
